We meet all our clients to get a detailed understanding of what we need to achieve. Our events are totally bespoke and carried out in the utmost discretion.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and will look after every element of the day including the less glamorous jobs like seating plans, power requirements, parking and managing the all-important budget.
It will be an exciting and at times, emotional journey, but we will have a firm hand on the tiller throughout.

Founded in 2002, Apollo Event Consultants is a boutique event management company specialising in luxury weddings, private celebrations and bespoke events across the UK.
Apollo was founded by Tim Hanbury, whose career in the events industry began in 1984. With more than four decades of experience, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and an extensive network of trusted suppliers to every event. But experience is only part of the story.
Apollo is deliberately personal, with Tim remaining directly involved from the first conversation through to the final guest leaving. Taking the time to understand what each client wants to achieve, he brings together the right people, ideas and details to create an event that feels entirely personal.
